SALINAS, Calif. - A wanted man arrested in Salinas, a day after Central Coast News showed you his mug shot on "Manhunt Monday."
Salinas Police arrested 45-year-old Daniel Mejia on North Main and Lamar Streets. Mejia had several warrants out for his arrest. Salinas Police said his bail was $200,000.
The warrants were for possessing firearms, resisting arrest and fighting with police. Salinas Police said, they spotted Mejia on North Main just before 10 p.m. They tased and arrested him.
During a search, they also found a replica handgun on him. Police say he's part of an outlaw motorcycle gang and was staying at the Adams Motel on North Main Street with several people. They interviewed them and searched his home for anything illegal.
