RICHMOND, Va.— Biker gang chief, 3 others face sentencing in Va.

OFF THE WIRE
RICHMOND, Va.—

The national president of the Outlaws motorcycle gang and three of his associates are due in federal court in Virginia for sentencing on racketeering convictions.
Prosecut ors are seeking the maximum 23-year sentence for gang leader Jack Rosga of Milwaukee. A U.S. District Court jury in December found Rosga guilty of racketeering and conspiracy to commit violence in aid of racketeering.
Also set for sentencing Friday are Mark Jason Fiel and Christopher Timbers of the Outlaws' Manassas, Va., chapter and Harry McCall of the Lexington, N.C., chapter.
The four were among 27 current or former Outlaws indicted in June for participating in what prosecutors called a highly organized, violent criminal enterprise. More than half entered guilty pleas.
