Myrtle Beach police are investigating a report that a 22-year-old man was assaulted in a roadway by three men on motorcycles, according to a police report.The man told police his friend dropped him off at his pickup truck at 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of 31st Avenue North, police said. The man said he walked over to his truck and then down the street.
The man said three men on sport motorcycles rode up to him in the road and one biker stopped, got off his bike and pushed him to the ground, according to the report. The man said the biker said something and then got on his bike and the group rode away.
The man had cuts to his hand and refused medical treatment by EMS.
