WA Anti-Profiling Legislation Engrossed (Passed)

To Mr. Breeze, BOLT of WA, ABATE of WA, US Defenders, and all Bikers in Washington who worked so hard (and smart) on the Anti-Profiling bill,

BIG KUDOS!
I just got off the phone with Mr. Breeze. He says amendments got the anti-profiling bill to the exact wording they wanted by the time it was engrossed.
Since the legislature had overwhelming support, that should be enough to convince the Governor to sign it into law, but Breeze isn't going to take any chances and already has an appointment.
When he can, expect Mr. Breeze will write more. As we've been saying, expect other states to follow suit, but similar bills will not work themselves.

The helmet law in NV has been the reason to profile and harrass. The Sentate Cmte Chair in Nevada - Sen. Breeden, basically said she didn't believe me cause she rides on the back seat of motorcycles and has never seen any law enforcer violate any motorcyclist's rights. You can bet I'll be jumping all over Breeze' work to demonstrate to our legislators that we, too, have big problems - and those problems are killing our economy!
